What Does This CT Scan Report Signify?

I had a ct scan done. part of the report regarding the pelvis was A sclerotic focus is seen within the left sacral ala, likely a bone island. Degenerative changes are seen in the visualized osseous structures. No destructive osseous lesion is seen. Can you please explain.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be obvious degenerative disease but it needs to be correlate with the clinical condition for which the test being done, hope this information helps.
