What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

I just got my my brain ct scan result and it reads as follows: There is a large well marginated dural based hypedense parafalcine mass seenin the left high parietal convexity approx. 4.1 x 3.4 x 3.3 cm in size. There is mild midline shift in the same region measuring 4.3mm. There is hyperostosis in adjacent bony calvarium on post contract images, there is minimal contract enhancement. What does this conclude on?

Unfortunately there is mass or tumor in your brain.
You can go for an MRI brian to get a better clinical picture.
Consult a neurologist at the earliest for further assessment.
