What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

I have fail in X ray report for gulf. my left side of lungs of diaphragm perform using thin 1mm. CT scan report is like this. HRCT of lungs has been performed using thin 1mm serial contiguous sections from thoracic inlet to base of lungs. images are obtain in soft tissue, bone and lung window setting. Left lobe of diaphragm is elevated and thinned out. there is no evidence of defect in left dome of diaphragm. No evidence of herniation of any of intra-abdominal organ into the thoracic cavity. These finding are suggestive of eventeration of diaphragm and require no further evaluation. This are the msg mention in CT scan. my question. is this curable. kindly reply. Barmare Shakeel Hamid.

The CT scan result mentions that the diaphragm is elevated in the L side, also called diaphragmatic eventration.
Generally, no treatment is needed in adults unless patients have shortness of breath. The treatment is generally surgical and aims to reduce the elevated diaphragm and fix it.
