What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

My 20 year old son had a ct scan today. He has had diarrhoea for 7 days , right iliac fossa tenderness. Abdominal X-ray shows faecal loading. Family history of crones disease.. The result of the scan says . Multiple subcentimetre short axis lymph nodes in the right mid abdomen and right iliac fossa region which are non specific. What does this mean ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, scan finding does not indicative of any abnormality, the symptoms of diarrhea could be nonspecific still chances of infection needs to rule out and for that better get done the stool analysis with culture and sensitivity test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
