What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I have just got results of ct scan - At the l2/3 there are schmorls nodes assoc. with vertebral endplates with mild degenerative changes in facet joints. At level 3/4moderate changes in facet joints with broad based posterior disc bulge with minor indentation of anterior the cal sac.
