What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

In November I had an episode and went to ER found out by CT scan kidney stone and kidney infection in urine. Then Monday I had a episode at school needed Ambulance took me to hospital and blood work and ct scan showed no kidney stone but levels in blood for Neutrophils was high and lymphocytes abnormal low ALT high Alk high AST high Urobilinogen high Bacteria in abnormal RBC abnormal WBC abnormal they think I passed a gallstone but now I m feeling faint two days later but no pain and feel weak. should I go to urgent care for follow up or wait till Tuesday apt with stomach surgeon. I had biatric surgery in 2013. also ct scan showed liver and gallbladder extended

High neutrophils suggest infection and it can be due to kidney stone. The kidney stone needs to be followed up and appropriate management needs to be planned.
