CT ABD AND PELVIS performed on: 1/23/2016 1:29 PM IMPRESSION: 1. Enlarged globular multilobulated myomatous uterus with normal-appearing endometrial stripe and right ovarian collapsed likely corpus luteum cyst with moderate approximate water density free fluid in the cul-de-sac 2. Mild multilevel spinal degenerative changes and small Schmorl s nodes Wondering if ovary is going to remain collapsed?

Hello dear from my opinion regarding your CT SCAN of your abdomen and pelvis I am believing that you have a uterine fibroid and ovarian cyst meanwhile degenerative condition of the spine may be spondylosis I hope this helps
