Hi,

It is difficult to make a definitive assessment without a complete medical history and physical examination, as well as a review of the complete imaging report. However, the presence of mild wall thickening involving the renal pelves and ureters could indicate inflammation or infection in the urinary tract. A possible left adrenal adenoma refers to a possible benign tumor in the left adrenal gland.

Cortical hypodensities in the kidneys may indicate loss of kidney function or tissue damage, and chondrocalcinosis at the symphysis pubis is a condition where there is the deposition of calcium crystals in the joint space, which can lead to joint pain and inflammation.

It is important to follow up with your healthcare provider to review the imaging results and discuss any potential treatment options or further testing that may be necessary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
