What Does This CAT Scan Of Brain Indicate?

I fell yesterday and hit my left check bone on the wall. Results in left sided cheek abrasions and cut lip. ER did a CAT SCAN of my head. I am a 63yr old female. hx: HTN very well controlled 100/68, HR 68 to 72, diabetic mellitus x 14 years after acute gallbladder attack with severe pancreatitis. Also, significant history of DVT s but none for past 11 years. Results of yesterday CAT were no evidence of acute intracranial abnormality, Encephalomalacia in left cerebellum likely representing old infarction. How concerned should I be with this finding.
