What Does This 160/90 BP Reading Post Vaccination Indicate?

My mom is hypertensive and was bitten by our pet cat. She is having her series of vaccines as a precaution and her blood pressure has been up at an average of 160/90z I would like to know if this is a normal reaction? Also she regularly walks in the am. Is it safe for her to walk with et current BP? Thanks!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I advise to discuss with her cardiologist to adjust the dosage of her medications as per her bp reports.

She can have her morning walk as it will help her reduce bp.

All the best!
