What Does Thick Endometrium With Irregular Periods Indicate?
Hi.im.an 28yr old unmarried.i have had irregular menses from.the time i got my periods.,when i was 12yrs old.following very heavy bleeding.which made me aneamic from young age.after taking six cycles of femilon tabs periods dint seem to get regular.however i thought t might get regular as i cross teenage,i have a aseptate cyst in right ovary.previously was in left too.my concern now is iregular periods and my recent.ultrasound shows endometrium thickness of 14mm..also maternal side has big history.of cancer.my mother too jus got breast cancr.is there antything.to worry aboutt the thickness of 14mm..thanku..

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the overall history given here it is better to get done the hormone study (Hormone profile ) and that is the best option you so the condition can be managed properly because it should not be irregular menses for years, hope this helps.
