Welcome to Health care magic.

Fibrotic densities ( linear hyper-dense opacities) - Are trace of the old healed infection, probably ode treated PTB - pulmonary tuberculosis.
If presently presently patient is symptomatic and thats only the findings noted in the x-ray, re-infection is suspected. Which needs clinical and pathological correlation is suggested in the report.

For further evaluation HRCT - high-resolution computer tomography will help.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
