What Does The Scan Result Of The Fetus Indicate?
Hi, I can t hear my baby s heartbeat. I am worrying a lot. Doctor ask me to come back on next week. Can you please help me. FYI My last period came on March 14. (But my period cycle is 40 days) Ob Scan result No cardiac activity, No fetal pole Good decidual reaction yolk sac seen and something mentioned like 1.47 cm (i am not sure about this)

With 40 days cycle your ovulation would be on 26th day of your period, so conception & fetal growth would be delayed by roughly 2 weeks. Please be patient, continue with medicines advised, avoid unnecessary physical or psychological stress & get the scan done after 2 weeks. Hopefully, you would get some positive sign.
