Hello, I had an examination today and the finding are as below: US of both parotid Glan; evidence of 27x18mm size well defined hypoechoic SOL at the left angle of jaw adjacent to the superficial portion of the parotid gland, picture suggesting either pathological LN or parotid gland related SOL, further evaluation with US guide FNA might be suggested. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? DO I NEED TO BE WORRIED ABOUT THIS? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? WHAT ARE THE TREATMENTS FOR IT?
