Hi!

I really did not understand the ER Dr's answer and I can't wait to see my GYN in 2 weeks bc im freaking out. Please help! Thanks!

Hi, I have gone through your question. Heterogeneous texture of placenta is ultrasound finding and is completely normal. Posteriorly located placenta means placenta is located on the posterior wall of the uterus. Placenta can be located on any wall of uterus, and is a normal finding.
I suggest you to not to worry as all findings are normal.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
