General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably pleurisy, however, I should have a look at the X-ray report myself.

Please send it to me. Although he is healthy, it might have gone through some kind of lung infection recently that might have affected the pleura. Clinical evaluation is also important.

Discuss this further with his caring pulmonologist in order to start treatment as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
