What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Suggest?

Here are some results I am very concerned about. I have Pernicious anaemia, arthritis and cancer history in the family. Here are my recent blog test results urine protein = trace urine leucocytes 40 urine erythrocytes 11 creatine 14.4 globulin 39 ALT 76 GGT 105 CRP 7 lymphocytes 3.45 C3 1.69 ANA weak positive ANA titre 160 ANA pattern speckled hep B 014 BETA glycoprotein

Hello welcome to the health care magic.

I need to know whether you have hypertension, diabetes or previous kidney disease .

Because you creatinin is very high that suggest towards severe kidney impairment.

USG abdomen , serum RBS, Blood pressure measurement should be done as primary investigation.

PUS cells in urine and rbc also high , so acute urinary tract infection also present.(causes can be urethritis, cysttitis or pyelonephritis)
Antibiotic course can be given for that

As ANA is positive rule out SLE by anti ds DNA testing
Take care

Consult physician or urologist for examination
