What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

Age 30 Test Latest Result Unit Ref. Values Physical Examination Colour White ,White to Grey Volume 2.0 ml, 2 - 5 Consistency Viscid Viscid, Opalescent pH 8.0, 7.2 - 8.0 Liquefaction Time 30 Minutes , 20 - 60 Microscopic Examination Total count 17 Million/ml ,=/ 20 Rapidly Motile 50 %, =/ 50 Sluggish Motile 15 % Normal sperm morphology 60 % , 60 Abnormal sperm morphology 40 %, Pus cells/HPF 18-20 ,0 - 5 RBCs /HPF Nil ,Nil Non-Motile 35 % Comments Oligozospermia.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have low sperm count and high pus cell in the seman analysis.
All other parameter are normals.
Your low sperm could be due the infection in the male genital tract.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo semsn cuture and color dopple USG of the scrotum.
Infection is treated by the antibiotic course.
Medicine like clomiphene citrate, gonadil F will help to improve the count.
Avoid stress, alcohol, smoking, fatty/oily food
Do regular exercise.
