General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Presence of pus cell, protein, bacteria and blood suggest presence of the urinary tract infection.
Protein could be due to damge to glomerulus basement membrane (in diabetes, hypertension)
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine culture.
Doctor will give following advises:
Antibiotic:trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole
Tablet pyridium
Syrup pyridium
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene and eat healthy diet.
Hope this may help you
