What Does The Following Urinalysis Report Indicate?

Hi..i had urinalysis last week and the result turn out that i had 15-20 pus cells, rbc was 3-5,bacteria was abundant..my doc prescribed me antibiotics ceprobay 2x a day for 7 days.after completed that round of antibiotics, i did a follow up urinalysis today and the result turned out that my pus cells were TNTC, i had pus in clumps and the bacteria in my urine was abundant. I had urine culture but the result will come out five days from now.pls help.

Hi,

You have urinary tract infection. The bacteria may be resistant to the antibiotic which you have been prescribed. Ideally you should take antibiotic according to culture report as it will show which antibiotic will be effective.
