How Can Multiple Mobile Gallstones And Gallbladder Wall Cholesterolosis Be Managed?

Dear Doctor: I just finished my ultrasound test, Multiple mobile gallstones, largest 16 mm. No sonographic Murphy       sign. There is gallbladder sludge. Gallbladder wall cholesterolosis. No biliary       ductal dilatation.. What i need to do for next step? I had couple painful episodes past 2 months. Please advise and thanks in advance, Cindy

Hi, I think you should go for a cholecystectomy operation in which gall bladder is removed surgically. Gall stones recurrence is quite common , so the choice of treatment is surgery.
