welcome to hcm ..cardiac muscle may have ischemia means decreased blood supply which is coronary artery disease
..now this ischrmia may be at resting state means the person is having no muscular activity or is fully relaxed on table or lying relaxed and there is no mental stress or no cold exposure
...inducible means person is subjected to physical exertion as walking on treadmil in TMT or given drug to induce stress as stress echocardiography as dobutamime given ..if a person has inducible ischemia then that person will have ischemia only on physical or mental exertion or cold ecposure .such person will not have any symptoms at rest
..resting ischemia is detected by ecg
..if you have more queries you can come back to hcm site
