General & Family Physician 's  Response
first of all thanks for writing to us,
as by now your radiologist may already might have told you that the prognosis of your current pregnancy is not good , fetal heart rate can be detected by trans vaginal scan as early as 22 week and its absence indicate something is not right.
i would recommend you to immediately consult an obs & gynae specialist ,she may undergo few of more tests or repeat an usg scan to confirm the diagnosis and recommend you further treatment.
thanks
dr.akash kumar
