What Does The Following Thyroid Ultrasound Report Suggest?

I had an ultrasound done on my thryroid today. one side measure 3.4 cmx 0.8 x 1.4cm. Hypoechoic without microcalcifications or hypervascularity. the other side is 3.9cmx 1.2x 1.6 cm solid apprearance, upper lobe is heterogeneous and jyhpechoic, hypervascular. the isthmus is .3cm. I have a fine needle biopsy scheduled in 3 weeks. What does this mean/

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that this report is normal but FNAC is being done to rule out thyrotocosis, after getting this done treatment will be started
