What Does The Following Test Result Mean?

Hello - Are these results normal? I have a history of a large pedunculated fibroid that was removed via myomectomy. The most recent test revealed an anteverted uterus measures 12 x 4.7 x 7 cm. Myometrium is slightly heterogeneous. An intramural fibroid in the right mid body with subserosal extension measures 5.2 x 2.6 x 2.8 cm. Fundal fibroid measures 2 x 1.3 x 1.8 cm. The endometrial stripe measures 0.6 cm.

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the report that you have posted it looks like that you have got 2 more fibroids in the uterus and one is in middle layer and other in outer layer of uterus.
Otherwise the report is Ok. Usually the treatment of this depends on other factors like your age, family completion or not, the severity of symptoms you have. As none of these are mentioned here it will be difficult for me to comment on treatment part.
This report doesn't sound very serious and if symtpoms are none or very less, it can be left untouched.
Get in touch with your gynecologist and discuss about the treatment after considering the points I mentioned above.
I hope I have answered your query well.
If you have any questions kindly ask me back.
Thank you
I find this answer helpful
