What Does The Following Test Report Suggest?

Tell me what we could be talking about when you get a report and it says : Inflammation in the space between the anterior wall of the anus and the posterior margin of the prostate as well as the urogenital diaphragm. No evidence of anal inflammation.

Hello,

The report posted by you suggest inflammation in the region between anus and prostate gland. The inflammation could be due to infection of the surrounding structures. You need to consult an urologist for further management.

Hi,

Can you mention why the imaging was ordered? Report says there is inflammation in the narrow space between anus and prostate, that extends to urogenital diaphragm(which forms the base of this space).

This can cause pain in ano-gentital area during toilet use or sex. Your doctor will discuss in detail.
