General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

From the provided information, it seems the patient was admitted for delivery and underwent a C-section, and the postoperative course was uneventful. Therefore, it is not clear what "disease" you are asking to diagnose and treat.

However, based on the information provided, it appears that the patient's post-operative recovery is progressing well, and there is no indication of any significant complications. It would be necessary to conduct further assessments to provide an accurate diagnosis if there is an underlying medical condition that requires treatment. The medical team involved in the care of the patient should be able to provide more information regarding any potential concerns and the next steps in managing the patient's health.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
