What Does The Following Test Report Indicate?

Pt. with chronic c/o abd pain and vomiting, no diarrhea. Has psych issues and been examined repeatedly but now has elevated WBC 13.5, Monos 1134H, Neutrophils 10463, amylase and lypase WNL, calcium 10.8H, TP 8.3H (slightly), Albumin 5.6H, Alk Phos 122.
