General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. There is a small fibroid in your uterus. Fibroids will be present in many women due to hormonal changes. It will regress after menopause in most cases. It can be left untreated if it doesnt cause any problem. If there are symptoms like irregular uterine bleeding etc, then it needs to be surgically removed.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
Dr Sanjay Kini
