General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
The semen analysis appears to be normal except for the Agglutination test which is POSITIVE. A positive agglutination test suggests 'clumping' of the sperms which is most commonly due to infection, inflammation or 'anti sperm antibodies'. It inhibits the ability of the sperm to fertilize the egg and hence infertility can occur. It is apparently clear from your history that there is no risk factor like genital infection or genital trauma like torsion of the testis, etc. Assuming other lab tests to be normal and if there is no pregnancy even after one year then you should undergo Anti sperm antibody tests in the semen. So, you are advised to consult a physician who is specialized in male infertility for further evaluation and treatment.
Best wishes.
