Recently i have done my semen analysis test. It was having total sperm concentration of 61 million/ml, morphology was 60%, total percentage mobility(grade A+B) was 50% but grade A progressive mobility was only 20%. So i want to ask should i consult to Dr. for any treatment?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The Sperm count is normal, total percentage motility is normal (> 40% is normal), but progressive motility should be > 32%.

Yes, there is a problem and need to be addressed. My suggestion is to repeat the test in the good lab, and consult the physician for more information.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
