Hello

Your report suggests semen infection with low sperm count and excessive abnormal forms of sperms.

Normally sperm count should be at 20 millions/ml.Your findings indicate 14 millions/ml,so it is low.

Morphology of sperms are also abnormal. At least 16 % sperms are required for natural fertilization but you have only 1% normal morphology sperms.

Motility of sperms are normal.5% slow progressive motility of sperms is a normal finding.

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.Routine hemogram,RBS,ultrasound of scrotum, hormone profile should be assessed.

Treatment depend upon findings.
You should take healthy and nutritious diet and should do exercise. These will improve your findings.

Get well soon.
