What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Hi, I have a question. Can you help me analyze my husband s results? I need to mention that I am trying to get pregnant and I decided to check my husband s sperm since I have been trying to conceive for the past 5 months . Here are the results: volume - 2.5 ml count - 81.5 million concentration - 32.6 million percent mobile - 24% within 1 hour concentration mobile - 7.9 million progression rapid - 11% progressions slow 14% progression static - 76% WBC - Morphology: Normal (oval) - 10% Tail defect - 19% irregular 71% Are these results to concerned about? Should I send my husband to the fertility specialist? Would I ever become pregnant with these results of my husband? Thank you so much for your help. Anna

Hi,

The given sperm report may not be suggestive or not shows any abnormality, more over just single sperm is needed for pregnancy but it extremely requires the other factors, first is compatibility second presence of ovum, then and then pregnancy could be possible, I would advise you to keep trying if normal ovulation is there.
