hello, please find below result of my semen analysis, kindly advise if this is normal or I need any medication: Basic Analysis Color: White / Grey Viscosity: 2 - moderate PH: 8.10 Volume: 1.30 ml Round Cells: 1-5 million per ml Concentration: 17.78 Million/ml Total Concentration: 23.11 Million/ml Motility: 79.1% Progressive Motility: 71.6% Total Prog. Motile: 18.28% Morphology Normal: 2% Head Defects: 69% Mid-Piece Defects: 18% Tail Defects: 11% thanks a lot for your help,

Color: greyish white______________white_______normal
Ph:>7__________8.10___________normal
Ejaculate volume: 1.5 to 6 mL ____________1.3____slight low
Total Sperm count:40-300 million________23 million__low
Sperm concentration:20-150 million/ml____17.78 million/ml__low
Total motility: >40 %_______________79.1____normal
Morphology :> 4%__________________2%_____low
So you have low count and abnormal morphology
Consult the urologist and undergo sperm culture, USg pelvis for proper management.
Do regular exercise and medication
Avoid stress
Take high protein diet, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, almonds and dry fruits
Tablet gondil F, Tablet Co Q and tablet clomiphene citrate will helpful
