Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
what is the impression of mild volume loss of the rightupper lung with rightward deviation of the superior mediastinal structures. Minimal reticular and linear densities are seen in the right lung apex. An ovoid lucency is also noted projected over the right paravertebral/paratracheal region
This result is reporting possible mediastinal mass with loss of deviation. However, I should ask to have the full report together with other reports you might have to understand your situation. To me, should consult further with a lung specialist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
