Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...I am 58y/M as per report my prostate is midly enlarged in size normal in shape outline and echotexture weight is 33 gm median lobe is not enlarged. Imp; BHP grade 2 significant post void Sir what should I do now ? Doctor given medicine for 10 days

There is no need fo any special actions since this indicates benign prostate enlargement. YOu should just check PSA level and repeat ultrasound in 2-3 months to see if there is continous growth of prostate and if medications work.
