What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?

Hi doctor i had a pelvic scan and the result is Urinary bladder: uniformly filled with clear urine. Normal outline. No mass seen. Uterus: Normal in size, endometrial cavity is empty. No cyesis seen, myometrial echotexture is preserved. No mass or myoma seen Right and left ovaries are preserved POD: significant fluid collection is seen I am worried, not knowing what that might be, as i am still having pain in my pelvic after taken Ibruprofen tablets and fluconozolel.

The ultrasound report is within normal limits.

Presence of fluid in pouch of Douglas (POD) is suggestive of recent ovulation.
