What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?

I did pelvic scan result both ovaries noted with no follicle formation No fluid in the pouch Douglas. Normal adnexae noted urine outline is inconsistent pelvic area revealed an anteverted non gravide uterus with uniform myometrial echo pattern measuring 62 x 42 x 50mm in length Ap and transverse dimensions respectively No sinograhic evidence of intra and extra in urine gestation sac noted. No evidence of fiibrod mass noted

Hello,

I think your ultrasound report is fine. Your ovaries are not showing any follicle that means either follicle is very small or very less in number. If your periods are irregular and you are trying to get pregnant, get a day 2 FSH, LH, and AMH level done. If your age is on a higher side, it can be a premenopausal ovarian status.
