No fibroids or abnormal mass seen 3. Adenexae are relatively free 4. Some echo- free fluid in the pouch of douglas 5.Uterine lining is consistent and regular Uterine shape is anteversion Uterine size is L- 62mm T- 59mm Ap-39mm Conclusion: 1. Acyesis 2.
