What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?

I did a scan on my pelvic are and the result were as follows: 1. Non gravid,normal sized uterus with homogenous myometrial echo texture.edometrial plate is normal 2. No fibroids or abnormal mass seen 3. Adenexae are relatively free 4. Some echo- free fluid in the pouch of douglas 5.Uterine lining is consistent and regular Uterine shape is anteversion Uterine size is L- 62mm T- 59mm Ap-39mm Conclusion: 1. Acyesis 2. Pelvic inflammatory diseases. Can you please tell me the meaning of the scan result

Hi, I think you are having a pelvic inflammatory disease. You need to take some antibiotics for that. Antibiotics will be given for 10 to 14 days. If you are having any white discharge, you need a pelvic examination by a gynecologist. You may need some antifungal drugs also.
