What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?
I did a pelvic scan and the result says 'a non gravid anteverted uterus (43.6mm. A.P.) with heterogeneous myometal echo pattern and we'll defined endometrial plate is noted. No evidence of intra/extra uterine gestational sac is seen. However single intramural mass (08.7/11.3mm) is posteriorly located. Impression: 1. Acyesis 2. Single intramural fibroid ' Please what does this mean? Am I pregnant or what?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are not pregnant. There is a benign tumor in your uterus called fibroid. It is to be treated medically or surgically. Consult with your local gynecologist as he will tell you the pros and cons of each modality.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
