What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Indicate?

Recently my wife went for pelvic scan in that report uterus normal insize, no focal lesion endometrium thickness 04mm, right ovary 30*22 left ovary 30*19 mm BOTH OVARIES ARE BULK IN SIZE AND SHOW S MULTIPLE small follicles arranged peripherally, no dominent follicles seen. No e/o free fluid noted in peritoneal cavity. IMPRESSION: POLYCYSTIC OVERIAN SYNDROME (for clinical correlation). After this report doctor prescribed ginette 35 & M2-Tone syrup (charaka) plz suggests us

syrup M2 Tone being ayurvedic product,ask a ayurvedic doctor,
in my opinion,
do not worry,
consult gynecologist.she would prescribe tablet metformin.
when you wants to become pregnant take tablet clomifen.
take care.
