What Does The Following Mammogram Result Mean?

Just had a followup 2nd mammogram and ultrasound due to dense breasts. Results of ultrasound are as follows: HISTORY: Follow-up dense breasts. Comparison is made to bilateral mammograms dated 01/20/2017 and 01/11/2017. Ultrasound the right breast was performed to include retroareolar region all four quadrants in the right axilla. There is a 1.9 cm right axillary lymph node. There is several scattered hypoechoic flattened appearing nodules in the right breast 9 mm at 12 o clock, mildly prominent duct at 3 o clock, flattened appearing 8 mm hypoechoic nodule at 3 o clock and a 3 mm cyst at 7 o clock. There is also a 3 mm retroareolar cyst. Ultrasound the left breast was performed to include retroareolar region and all four quadrants and left axilla. Flattened appearing 9 x 2 mm hypoechoic nodule at 12 o clock and 3 mm cyst at 2 o clock. Impression: There are scattered hypoechoic nodules throughout both the right and left breast probably benign recommend six-month ultrasound followup. BIRADS category three probably benign ** Do I have cause for concern?

I gave gone through your investigation reports and I can understand your concerns.
According to your reports you are having some cystic(fluid filled) nodules in your breast which are most probably benign(non cancerous).These kind of lesions are commonly seen in females of reproductive age group and are generally harmless.
You have nothing to worry and do follow your treating doctors instructions.You have to do follow up scans to check wether there is any change in size or structure.
Drink plenty of water and have healthy food,Dont put up weight,avoid stressful life.
