What Does The Following Lipid Profile Result Indicate?

Hi, Would you please help me to understand what is wrong with my Lipid profile? TOTAL CHOLESTEROL: 126 mg/dl HDL CHOLESTEROL: 37 mg/dl TRIGLYCERIDES : 269 mg/dl LDL CHOLESTEROL : 56 mg/dl TC/ HDL CHOLESTEROL RATIO : 3.4 LDL / HDL RATIO : 1.5 VLDL CHOLESTEROL: 53.79 mg/dl What steps I need to take to correct them?

You have high triglycerides levels. U need to avoid oil rich food and drinks. Statins won't help much for your high triglycerides . Try green tea two cups daily. Horse gram in any form definitely useful. Exercise 30 minutes a day fr 5 days a week. Oats help too
