Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

The report indicates that there are changes of osteoarthritis in the cervical vertebra (osteophytes), along with bulging of inter-vertebral disc at multiple joints, of varying severity. In one segment(between 4th and 5th cervical bone), it is significant, with pressure over adjacent nerve (this can cause pain / numbness / tingling sensation over arm).

Also, finding of previous surgery for IVDP seen. Reports, but has to be taken on clinical back ground only, which I am not aware. Your doctor will discuss in detail regarding its implication and further treatment please.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
