What does the following fecalysis report suggest?

I ve been given instructions to have several stool lab tests 1. Guardia, eia; ova/parasites test, confused should I provide 3 separate specimens, since I was only given 1 set ofPara-pak 2.stool culture asking for 2 3 specimens collected on separate days, again only one set of par-pak container I am confused it seems like I m short some containers

Sometimes for parasite one stool test can be negative. So 2-3 repeated examination at the frequent interval recommended for parasite detection. Concentration technique can be useful for parasite detection. So you can ask for that stool examination by concentration technique.
