What Does The Following Double Marker Test Result Mean?

Hi doctor, my dual marker test result on my 11 week of gestation are following NT mom - 1.86 Nasel bone - Present PAPP-A -0.74 mom Free beta HCG - 0.38 mom Age risk 1: 857 T21 risk 1:10000 T13/18+NT 1:1151 Combined trisomy21 risk 1:3710 I am really confused on my low free beta hcg value and PAPP-a value. Is this values are normal or need no concern?
