General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The given X-ray suggestive of an old and healed lesion in the upper part of your lung.

It is not an active disease and no definite treatment is required.

You can go for a follow-up X-ray after one month to check whether there is any recent increase in size or not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
