What Does The Following Chest X-ray Report Suggest?

hi. so we had our annual medical exam on our company and we got the result last August 5. i saw the impression for my chest xray and it says right upper lobe density may be a vessel on face. pulmonary granuloma or a bone island what does it mean? thank you

I really appreciate your concern, it may be some kind of disease condition and for confirmation x-ray plate observation is must with clinical history without this it is not possible to say anything, it may be nonspecific too, why not to discus this with doctor and radiologist this information helps.
