Your MCV, RDW is increased & you have macrocytic normochromic anemia which means the red blood cell in your sample are very large size & are of normal color. Macroovalocytes are enlarged, oval-shaped erythrocytes (red blood cells). They are not seen in healthy blood & shows defective maturation of red blood cells. These reports shows you have megaloblastic anemia. In most instances, it is due to Vitamin B-12 or folate deficiency.
