Hello and welcome to HCM, The nature of specimen is not mentioned. However, the test report says that there is presence of pus cells. Pus cells are neutrophils- one of the white blood cells. Pus cell indicated presence of bacterial infection. Presence of red blood cells suggests presence of bleeding any where in the area from where the sample is taken. Presence of mixed growth on culture shows that no single organism is isolated from the specimen. Mixed growth indicates presence of more than one type of bacteria.
To summarize there is presence of bacterial infection in the sample studied, however, no single organism is present. Thus, a broad spectrum antibiotic will help to clear the infection. Consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of appropriate antibiotic.
